The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce are partnering with the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation to host two local competitions in Arizona’s East Valley for the National Civics Bee, encouraging young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. We are looking for sponsors for these events.
Civic knowledge is on the decline – which means connection to country is as well. How can we reboot civic learning and reignite community engagement?
The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, along with the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, and the US Chamber of Commerce are collaborating on local Civics Bees where young people, grades 6-8, may compete to demonstrate their civic love and prowess, with intentions to revitalize a passion and appreciation for civic matters.
At the Gilbert and Queen Creek Chambers, we are serving our communities through advocacy, integrity, resources, and connection. We believe hosting these Civic Bees will be an exciting and compelling way to energize our youth and our neighbors to elevate their awareness on civic issues and increase their civic engagement.
We believe your partnership with our organizations to sponsor these Civic Bees will encourage greater awareness of what it means to be an American citizen and will bolster civic involvement. We believe you could have a massive impact on our youth and the community at large through this initiative.
Sponsorship Benefits & Details
Presidential – $10,000 (SOLD)
The Presidential Sponsor will be the Presenting Sponsor for BOTH first-ever local competitions for the National Civics Bee. A portion of this industry exclusive sponsorship will be used to increase the cash prize awards for the Top 3 winning students of each local bee. A representative of the business will be offered the opportunity to give a few remarks at the beginning of the live competitions and be photographed with the Top 3 winners at the conclusion of the live competitions. In addition, this sponsor will be recognized with a large logo on marketing materials for the Gilbert Chamber and the Queen Creek Chamber’s Civics Bees. The logo will also be displayed prominently at the event and this sponsor will have the opportunity to provide branded swag for the attendees.
Technology Sponsor – $6,500 (ONE AVAILABLE)
The Technology Sponsor will receive name recognition on all tech items purchased for the local Civics Bee. This sponsorship will be used to purchase tablets for the 40 students selected for the two live competitions. The Technology Sponsor may place a decal sticker on the tablets, which will be visible during both live competitions. At the conclusion of the competitions, each student will be allowed to keep the tablet as part of their participation prize. In addition, the sponsor will be recognized with a medium sized logo on marketing materials for the Gilbert Chamber and the Queen Creek Chamber’s Civics Bees and at the live event.
Liberty Sponsor – $5,000 (FOUR AVAILABLE)
The Liberty Sponsor includes a medium logo on all Gilbert and Queen Creek digital marketing event materials; the logo displayed at the event; and the opportunity to provide branded swag for the attendees.
Bill of Rights Sponsor – $2,500 (THREE AVAILABLE)
The Bill of Rights Sponsor includes a small logo on all Gilbert and Queen Creek digital marketing event materials and the logo displayed at the event.
Amendment Sponsors – $500 (FOUR AVAILABLE)
The Amendment sponsorships include the name of the company mentioned on websites and the name of the company displayed at the event.
