Via the Town of Gilbert
The northwest area of Gilbert is one of the most mature areas in the community. For the past 10 years, Gilbert staff has been actively evaluating the population, employment, and development trends in this area.
To ensure that each part of Gilbert remains a vibrant place to live, work, and play, Gilbert is examining proactive area options for the northwest area. Area efforts can play an important role in addressing signs of decline to help lessen potential impact to residents and businesses.

During the February 28th public meeting, staff will provide an overview the Northwest Gilbert revitalization efforts to date and will share new data and trends. This interactive meeting will help staff determine where efforts for revitalization should occur. With your guidance for NW Gilbert, we are embracing possibilities.
