Exciting News: The Gilbert Advocacy Center is Almost Here!

By Jim Bisceglie with the Gilbert Police Department

We are thrilled to announce that the Gilbert Advocacy Center Phase 1 is nearing completion and will bring hope and healing to our community. This new center will provide a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed space for individuals and families affected by crime and abuse. The projected opening of Phase 1 is currently scheduled for early fall of 2026.

What to Expect

The center will offer essential services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and other forms of interpersonal violence—all under one roof. By co-locating law enforcement, victim advocates, counselors, and community partners, the center aims to streamline access to care and support.

A Focus on Healing

The Gilbert Advocacy Center has been designed with trauma-informed care at its core. Every detail has been considered to promote safety and empower survivors throughout their healing journey.

Building a Stronger Community

The center's impact will reach beyond the individuals it serves. Providing coordinated support will help strengthen families and foster a healthier, more resilient community. When survivors are supported, our entire community thrives.
