Our Women Empowered (WE) Committee is dedicated to fostering leadership, collaboration, and growth among professionals across all industries. Our Mission: Empower businesswomen through leadership development, collaborative connections for business growth, resources and support to grow their business and embrace their unique strengths, resulting in a powerful impact on the community.
Each year, this dynamic group of female business owners and leaders curate a vibrant series of events designed to inspire, support, and uplift women as they rise in their careers and serve their communities. Highlighted by Fall and Spring Socials, an Expo and a Philanthropic Luncheon, these gatherings are more than just meetups; They’re opportunities for meaningful connection, education, and celebration.
In line with its mission to empower and make a powerful impact in the community, the Committee also spotlights a Chamber member nonprofit organization at each event. This initiative brings attention to important causes within the community, gives nonprofits a platform to share their work, and offers attendees an opportunity to give back in meaningful ways.
A Year of Inspiration: DREAM. DEFINE. DO.
For 2025-2026, the WE Committee is excited to, for the first time, embark on an annual theme: DREAM. DEFINE. DO. This theme reflects a journey that many women walk on as they look to achieve goals and find personal and professional fulfillment. From sparking bold visions (Dream), to identifying the steps and tools needed (Define), and finally turning ideas into action (Do), each of this year's events will highlight a stage of that journey with purpose and passion.
