Connection in Action: Referral Teams Power a Strong Start to the Year
Our Gilbert Chamber Referral Teams are off to an incredible start this fiscal year! From July through September 2025, our teams generated an impressive $614,748.57 in closed business – a testament to the power of community, consistency, and collaboration.
These results remind us that when members show up for each other, opportunities follow. Every introduction, one-to-one, and referral strengthens not just businesses, but the relationships that define our Chamber.
Celebrating Outstanding Achievements
This quarter, several members stood out for their extraordinary effort and dedication:
- Top Team – Growing Gilbert (Tuesdays at 8:45 AM)
With 213 one-to-one meetings, this group proved that showing up and staying engaged drives results. - Top Referral Champion – Luann Lenox, TequilaSnobs
Luann went above and beyond, giving 25 outside referrals—a true connector who exemplifies what it means to lift others through opportunity. - Top Networker – M’Chellin Baker, Verena at Gilbert
With 42 one-to-one meetings, M’Chellin showed remarkable commitment to building authentic relationships and staying connected across the network.
