Strength in Numbers: Referral Teams Wrap Up a Powerful Quarter
The numbers are in—and our Gilbert Chamber Referral Teams are showing up, supporting one another, and making big things happen.
During Quarter 4 (April – June 2025), our Referral Teams generated an incredible $840,000 in closed business. And for the 2024–2025 year, they collectively brought in just under $5 million in closed business. These milestones are more than just numbers—they’re proof of what’s possible when professionals lead with intention, invest in relationships, and share in each other’s success.
This momentum is exactly what we’re carrying into the new fiscal year. Our teams are thriving, and the ripple effects are being felt across the local business community.
Recognizing Standout Contributors
We’re excited to highlight a few exceptional members who went above and beyond this quarter:
Top Team – Growing Gilbert (Tuesdays at 8:45 AM)
With 176 one-to-one meetings, this team set the tone for engagement, consistency, and collective success.
Top Referral Champion – Jason Geroux, 4:10 Real Estate
Jason gave 29 outside referrals—opening doors, creating connections, and fueling opportunity across the Chamber network.
Top Networker – Nathan Thue, Arizona Total Home Restoration
Nathan led the way with 30 one-to-one meetings, demonstrating a commitment to authentic connections and relationship-building.
