17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament presented by San Tan Ford

Thank you for your interest in supporting this signature event, benefiting the Gilbert Chamber Foundation. Many of these sponsorships are limited and based on availability:

Signature Sponsor (limit 1) - $25,000 ** SPONSORSHIP SOLD**
Two foursomes (8 golfers) in tournament, sponsor’s logo included on every tee box sign, sponsor’s logo on event collateral, 2 minutes to address attendees at start of event, verbal acknowledgment of sponsor at event, and booth (optional) at registration with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees.

Supporting Sponsor (limit 1) - $5,000
One foursome in tournament (4), sponsor’s logo on every teebox sign, sponsor's logo on event collateral, verbal acknowledgement of sponsor at event, and booth (optional) at registration with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees.

Luncheon Sponsor (limit 1) - $3,000
One foursome in tournament (4), sponsor’s logo on event collateral, verbal acknowledgement of sponsor at event, and booth (optional) at lunch with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees.

Breakfast Sponsor (limit 1) - $2,000
One foursome in tournament (4), sponsor’s logo on event collateral, verbal acknowledgement of sponsor at event, and booth (optional) at lunch with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees.

Beverage Cart Sponsor - Front Nine (limit 1) - $1,600
One foursome in tournament (4), verbal acknowledgement at event, and signage on designated beverage cart for the duration of tournament play. Without foursome - $800

Beverage Cart Sponsor - Back Nine (limit 1) - $1,600
One foursome in tournament (4), verbal acknowledgement at event, and signage on designated beverage cart for the duration of tournament play. Without foursome - $800

Longest Drive (limit 1) - $1,600
One foursome in tournament, booth (optional), and signage on designated contest hole with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Contest managed by the course.

Closest to the Pin (limit 1) - $1,600
One foursome in tournament, booth (optional), and signage at designated contest hole with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Contest managed by the course.

Golf Ball Launcher (limit 1) - $1,600
One foursome in tournament, booth (optional), and signage on designated contest hole with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program.

Tee Box and Foursome Package - $1,600
One foursome in tournament, booth and signage on designated hole with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Tee box should include a fun, interactive element for golfers. Course to provide table and chairs. Encouraged to bring a shade tent.

One Foursome (4 Golfers) - $1,200
Includes four tournament entries with 18 holes of golf, shared golf cart, access to all course contests and specialty holes, tournament swag, and admission to the After-Party for each golfer.

Putting Contest (limit 1) - $1,350
Booth (optional) and signage on designated contest hole with the ability to distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Contest managed by the course.

Hole-In-One (limit 1) - $1,350
Booth (optional) and signage on designated contest hole with ability to distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Contest managed by course.

Tee Box Only - $600
Booth and signage on designated hole with ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Tee box should include a fun, interactive element for golfers. Course to provide table and chairs. Encouraged to bring shade tent.

Comfort Station - Food (limit 1) - $600
Sponsor to provide bottle water for distribution at designated hole and may also distribute promotional items to attendees. sponsor’s name in program. Sponsor responsible for providing own table, chairs and shade tent.

Comfort Station - Water (limit 1) - $600 ** SPONSORSHIP SOLD**
Sponsor to provide bottled water for distribution at designated hole and may also distribute promotional items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Course to provide table and chairs. Encouraged to bring shade tent.

Keg Sponsor - (limit 2) - $600 ** One Sponsorship Available**
Booth and signage on designated hole, with the ability to greet guests and distribute items to attendees. Sponsor’s name in program. Alcohol included. Course to provide table and chairs. Encouraged to bring shade tent.

Promotional Items Sponsor - $350

Sponsor to provide a promotional item desirable to golfers for distribution in swag bag. Sponsor’s name in program.

Driving Range Sponsor - $300
Sponsor receives signage on designated driving range slot. No opportunity for table at range. Individual sponsorship not limited.

On the Green Signage - $300
Sponsor receives signage on designated driving range slot. No opportunity for table at range. Individual sponsorship not limited.

Individual Golfer - $300
Includes one tournament entry with 18 holes of golf, shared golf cart (you will be paired with another individual golfer), access to all course contests and specialty holes, tournament swag, and After-Party admission.
