Over the past year, The CATALYST in Gilbert has become a powerful hub for small business innovation, connection, and growth. Designed to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, The CATALYST has already made a meaningful impact—helping business owners launch podcasts, level up through expert-led workshops, and build lasting relationships within the local business community.

Free, Flexible Spaces for Entrepreneurs
One of the most unique aspects of The CATALYST is its variety of free, on-site resource rooms—open and accessible to all community members. Each space is designed with the needs of entrepreneurs in mind:
- Virtual Meeting Room: Ideal for quiet, professional virtual meetings or hosting webinars.
- Audio & Advice Room: A space to record podcasts, voiceovers, or work on audio production.
- Content Creation Room: Equipped with a high-quality camera (just bring your SD card!)—perfect for capturing photos and videos to market your brand.
- Consultation Corner: A comfortable, private space for one-on-one meetings or strategy sessions.
These resources give entrepreneurs the flexibility to create, connect, and collaborate—all at no cost.
In just the first 10 months, The CATALYST has hosted 35 workshops with more than 250 attendees. These workshops cover a range of essential topics, each facilitated by professionals with real-world experience. From marketing strategies and financial planning to branding and legal advice, each session is designed to provide practical, actionable tools for small business success.
As The CATALYST enters its second year, a full calendar of information-packed workshops is already slated. Among them are two half-day intensives specifically designed for entrepreneurs in the ideation stage through their first few years of business. These hands-on sessions will guide participants through every critical step in launching and structuring a business—from legal setup and licensing to marketing and operations—ensuring they’re prepared for success and protected against common surprises.
