The Gilbert Chamber's Referral Teams have officially generated more than $5 million in closed business for FY 2025-2026. Quarter 4 alone accounted for $853,549.28 in closed business, closing out an incredible year of collaboration, relationship-building, and measurable impact across our teams.
One of the things that makes Referral Teams unique is that success isn't measured solely by dollars. Every referral shared, one-to-one meeting scheduled, and introduction made contributes to a culture where members actively invest in the success of others. The results are proof that when businesses are intentional about building relationships, growth follows.

Growing Gilbert (Tuesdays at 8:45 AM) – Top Team
With an impressive 199 one-to-one meetings completed this quarter, Growing Gilbert demonstrated what it means to prioritize relationship-building. Their commitment to connecting members and creating opportunities continues to set the standard for engagement and collaboration.
Tina Edenfield, Dogtopia of Gilbert – Top Referral Champion
Tina led the quarter with 47 outside referrals, helping fellow members expand their networks and uncover new business opportunities. Her willingness to make meaningful connections embodies the spirit of the Referral Team program.
Joshua Cooper, SERVPRO of Gilbert – Top Networker
Joshua earned Top Networker recognition for the second consecutive quarter by completing 30 one-to-one meetings. His consistency highlights the value of investing time in building authentic professional relationships.
