The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and Gilbert Chamber Foundation proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of local business leaders, organizations, and community champions at the 2025 Annual Business Awards Luncheon, held on Wednesday, June 18th at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Gilbert.
The event brought together more than 300 business professionals, elected officials, and community leaders to celebrate those who exemplify leadership, innovation, and a deep commitment to Gilbert's growth and prosperity. Awards were presented in categories recognizing emerging leaders, long-standing community partners, and organizations that have made significant impact through business excellence and social responsibility.
This year’s award recipients include:

Emerging Business Leader of the Year – Ashlee Hanover, Desert Financial Credit Union
Business Leader of the Year – JW Rayhons, Rayhons Financial
Nonprofit Organization of the Year – House of Refuge
IMPACT Award – Mindy Jones, The Amy Jones Group
President’s Award – Tim Hovik, San Tan Ford
Chamber Volunteer of the Year – Mark Newman, The Newman Team Powered by Realty One Group
Foundation Volunteer of the Year – Doug Daley, Gilbert Public Schools
Gilbert Leadership Alumni Award – Jän Simon, Foundation Insurance Services
Student Scholarships – Daniel Johnson, Rati Tabatadze, and Sydney Younce

The event also included a special recognition of milestone member anniversaries, Foundation program highlights, and an address from incoming Board Chair Dan Kovochich of SRP.
