Become a Mentor: Career Shadowing & Mentoring (Fall)

The student application window is closed—now we need mentors.

What it is:
Pair with a high school or college student for 16–20 hours of flexible, real-world career exposure during the September–December cycle.

What students gain:

  • Insight into day-to-day work

  • Practical skills and professional habits

  • Confidence and connections

What mentors gain:

  • A meaningful way to give back

  • Fresh perspectives and energy

  • A pipeline to future talent

Mentors Needed Now
Students are waiting to be matched in fields such as:

  • Engineering – civil, mechanical, electrical, and more

  • Medical Careers – Orthodontics, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Psychiatry

  • Law – Attorneys and legal professionals

  • Creative Fields – Music Production, Audio Engineering for Theater, Tailoring/Fashion Design, Marketing

  • Skilled Trades – Electricians, Welding/Production

  • Business & Entrepreneurship

  • Flight Attendants and Aviation

If you’re a professional in one of these areas, there’s a student eager to learn from you.
