Our 2023 Annual Business Awards Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, June 20th, at Colby Falls by Wedgewood Weddings. At this annual celebration, we deliver the Chamber's Year In Review, honor the volunteers who serve the Chamber, and announce the recipients of this year's awards.
We will recognize the recipients in each of the following categories, including the new category of Non-Profit Organization of the Year!
Employer of Choice – Recognizes a Chamber member who has developed a leading workplace to maximize employee recruitment, engagement, and retention. This is an opportunity for employees or others to nominate a company that should receive recognition as being a great place to work.
Small Business of the Year - Recognizes a Chamber member with 10 or fewer employees who has experienced progressive sales/market growth over the last three years, provides a unique product, overcame an unusual challenge, executed a dramatic turnaround, and/or provides outstanding customer service.
Mid-Size Business of the Year - Recognizes a Chamber member with 11-50 employees who has experienced progressive sales/market growth over the last three years, provides a unique product, overcame an unusual challenge, executed a dramatic turnaround, and/or provides outstanding customer service.
Large Business of the Year - Recognizes a Chamber member with 51 or more employees who has experienced progressive sales/market growth over the last three years, provides a unique product, overcame an unusual challenge, executed a dramatic turnaround, and/or provides outstanding customer service.
Non-Profit Organization of the Year - Recognizes an outstanding Chamber member 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing their mission in the Gilbert community through exemplifying excellence, leadership, and innovation in delivering programs or achieving measurable results for the community they serve.
Businessman of the Year - Nominees should demonstrate integrity and leadership with a commitment to quality work performance, including excellence in his or her chosen field; leadership, resourcefulness and creativity in his or her career; mentoring of other women/men to provide continuous support for their advancement and leadership development; unique designations including awards and special recognitions that set him/her apart from his/her peers; high level of success within his/her industry; and community involvement and leadership outside of his/her profession.
