Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Program All applications must be RECEIVED by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013. Prior to starting this application online, have a draft prepared to copy and paste into the application. Once the online submission is started, it cannot be saved. Your sealed letters of recommendation and official transcript should be mailed to the Gilbert Chamber after completing the online application.
